The staff here have very good customer service. Treat you like family and will help you get anything for your stay that will help you be more comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would refer La Fonda to anyone visiting Vernon,Texas in a heartbeat.
It is good for what it is. It's a cut rate motel aimed at our destitude and miscreants as. An address if need be to recommect. I did as the new owners requested and checked the facilities again. I was pleasantly surprised at the revamp of the rooms!! The new improvements, though can only be seen if a room is rented, were stunning!! Fresh, modern color adorns the walls, mattresses were in supreme condition, all plugs and wiring concealed properly; it was a wonderful night's rest. Can't wait to see what's in store for the outside!!
Made us feel so welcomed most places you feel out of place with your kids to not offend anyone but here it was so homey so if your a family this is definitely the place to come and stay passing through wonderful people
Most hotels in Vernon are right off the highway, and have road noise all night. This hotel is set back and is very quiet. Very friendly and accommodating place with adequate rooms, and a great price.
